Nataliya Strelkova has been appointed HR Director of Metinvest

Nataliya Strelkova has been appointed HR Director of METINVEST HOLDING, LLC. In this position she will be responsible for development and implementation of the HR Strategy of Metinvest.

Before joining Metinvest, Nataliya Strelkova has been working for five years with MTS (Mobile TeleSystems), where she performed as the HR Director of MTS Russia and the Director of HR Policy of the Headquarters. Scope of Nataliya’s work included development of the organizational structure and building of the HR management system encompassing 86 regions of Russia.

Prior to working with MTS, Nataliya worked at YuKOS Oil Company, where she was responsible for recruitment and management personnel development. In addition to that Nataliya performed as the Team-leader of the talent management project at YuKOS.

Before 2001, Mrs Strelkova worked with such companies as KomiTEK and Evroseverneft, where she occupied top-management positions in the area of HR.

Natalya Strelkova has two higher educations with majors in nuclear science (Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute), and organizational psychology (Moscow Lomonosov University). In November 2010 Mrs Strelkova will have accomplished her Executive MBA Program at IMD International Business School (Switzerland).
